Borscht soup, the world-famous dish of Ukraine and Soviet geography. The original borschum soup gets made with 30 ingredients. Beef that adds flavor to the soup get boiled after waiting in cold water. After boiling water, meat and meat juices get separated.

Celery, carrots, beets, cabbage, such as colored with winter vegetables in the soup gets added to the beef cut birch. Sour cream gets added on the soup, which takes the color of beet red. Soup served with garlic bread. The local people call this bread pampushki.
